Healthcare/NHS Testimonials
We continue to be amazed by the hard work and dedication from our local care providers and we are delighted to be collaborating with TAP to introduce our own Thanking Wall to help share thanks and praise from across our region
The work of health and social care people is demanding on many levels and society places great store in the vocational ‘calling’ of people to understand their resilience and commitment. Behind this façade of resilience sits a human being with the same hopes, fears, aspirations and challenges that many of us face – and a word of ‘thank you’ does a great deal to boost and encourage health and social care people to keep going and feel appreciated. TAP provides the mechanism to enable this to happen simply and effectively
TAP presents a great and easy opportunity for our staff to see the positive impact they have on patients, so they know what a great they are doing and have been doing through the tough times that we have all experienced over the last two years.
With the mounting pressures on healthcare as well as the strain caused by the pandemic, it’s incredibly important that that our staff are recognised and feel appreciated for all the incredible work they do on a day-to-day basis.
Feedback from those who have come into contact with our service, serves a number of purposes. First and foremost, we want to celebrate the achievements of our staff and TAP provides us with a platform to collect and share positive feedback provided by those who have come into contact with our service.
Willowbrook have been receiving lots of kind and warm words from our service users, especially at this difficult period. To be able to publicise those thanks on TAP’s website is a fantastic morale boost for all the staff and alongside being able to express my deepest appreciation to everyone for their continued commitment and dedication to our service in such a public way is an invaluable tool.
Our team are incredible and they go above and beyond to help all our patients and their families. Our patients are at the centre of everything we do. It is so easy to only focus on the negative comments and in primary care, we are given such a hard time by the press that I want to boost our staff to show them how much they are appreciated and how wonderful they all are.
We all know how easy it is to complain when things go wrong in the NHS. It’s also pretty easy to give the organisation public feedback (good or bad) through the NHS. But feedback for the organisation isn’t the same as singling individuals out for being fantastic. It’s easy to get sucked in by the negative headlines and they can be so disheartening. I don’t know anyone at HEMC who treats it just as a job – they do it because they care and they know they can make a difference. It will give them such a boost to have patients tell them as an individual how much they appreciate them. You can’t buy those good feels. Well done TAP for facilitating that!
We are thoroughly looking forward to working with TAP, because it will be a quick and easy way for patients to give positive feedback to the team and this will really boost their morale. Thank you TAP for making this possible.
We are keen to use your TAP App as many of our patients would like a way to say "thank you" and in this digital age, using an App rather than paper will be more helpful for them.
While we see ourselves as simply doing our job, many of my NHS colleagues are under tremendous pressure at the moment, so it’s great to see how much the public appreciate what we are doing to keep them safe. TAP’s Thanking Wall is the perfect place to share their positive messages of support.
We are really looking forward to working with TAP, as we know that when our patients say thank you to our staff that it boosts morale so much and it makes it more valuable in these very difficult times. We all know that happy patients make happy staff.
